For one of our clients in Maastricht we are looking for candidates for the position of
Customer Service Employee (NL)
As a Customer Service employee, you handle incoming leads and sales opportunities in such a way that as many sales opportunities as possible will be converted into orders.
As a Customer Service employee:
You will manage the incoming leads and sales (identify, analyze and follow up). Would this be a sales opportunity or would this be a potential marketing option? You decide. You will have daily contact with account management , including the follow-up of projects. You are an active member of the account team(s) and together with your field sales colleagues you ensuring all customer needs are managed. You are actively working within the price framework and you ensure coordination between different parties, such as sales management and line management. Also, you organize or active participate in internal or external customer events, including providing customers with relevant (product) information and securing and logging relevant customer or project information in our CRM system.

You have 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position. It is important that you have a commercial orientation with a focus on the customer. In this position you have to build and maintain relationships. Because of our international orientation, written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English are required.
